The purpose of this consultation is to implement a framework agreement for removal services in the context of demolition-rehabilitation-reconstruction of housing, acquisition-improvement and mobility operations, throughout the territory of the Métropole de Lyon

The above-mentioned services shall be the subject of a single batch.

the framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of EUR 350,000.00 excluding VAT over the initial period of one (1) year. The amounts of the initial period will be renewed.

It will take effect from its notification for a firm period of one (1) year. It may be renewed three (3) times over the initial period of one (1) year, i.e. a maximum of four (4) years.
