NHS England wishes to commission providers of Healthcare Services, covering the following services:

— Healthcare – including GP services, Ophthalmic services and Pharmacy services;

— Substance misuse;

— Integrated mental health (primary and secondary); and

— Social care services.

Further information regarding the services required in each establishment (lot) are detailed in Annex B.
