the consultation aims to set up a Framework Agreement whose purpose is to select the companies that will be allowed to submit tenders for the conclusion of Subsequent Contracts whose object is themselves the supply and transmission of electricity in Single Contracts and associated services of the sites of the city of CHEVILLY-LARUE

the above Purpose includes the following services for electricity:- the supply and transmission of electricity through Single Contracts;- the management of Single Contracts, billing and the management of relations with the Distribution Network Manager;- the mission of balance manager defined pursuant to Article L.321-15 of the Energy Code; - the mandatory and optional services associated with the supply of electricity (customer relations, website, green energy, billing and consumption reporting, etc.) as described in the Cctp.For electricity, the delivery points concerned by these services will be those of the sites of the city of CHEVILLY-LARUE which are all located on the territory of the ENEDIS Network Manager. The exhaustive scope of the number of sites and the volume of consumption will be specified in the Specific Clauses Book specific to each Subsequent Market. Subsequent contracts are awarded at the time of the occurrence of the need under the conditions described in the contractual documents of the framework agreement.the services concern all the electricity delivery points C2, C4 and C5 of the sites of the city of CHEVILLY-LARUE
