Vox, Norwegian Agency for Lifelong Learning, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, wishes to enter into a framework agreement with one service provider who shall provide graphic design services to the Awarding Authority. Based on current consumption of graphic design services, estimated annual value is 1 000 000 NOK.

However, this is instructive information only and the Awarding Authority is not bound to procure any definite volume during the agreement period. For further description see the requirement specification (annex 1) in the tender documents.
