The subject of the contract is the granting and servicing of a long-term PLN loan up to a maximum of PLN 16,000,000.00 with the possibility of not using the full value of the loan without additional commissions and fees.

2) the loan will be used up to PLN 16,000,000.00 to finance the budget deficit planned for 2023 and to repay previously incurred liabilities under loans and advances.

3) The Ordering Party reserves the right to take a smaller loan amount without additional commissions and fees.

4) The Ordering Party reserves the right to start the loan once or in tranches.

5) The expected launch of the loan will take place successively according to the needs of the Ordering Party, who will inform the Contractor 3 working days in advance about the amount of the tranche.

6) The loan will be used until 31.12.2023.

7) the loan will be repaid from the Commune's own income in the years 2024-2034, and interest in the years 2023-2034.

8) grace period in repayment until June 30, 2024.

9) Interest will be payable on the amount of debt in quarterly periods, at the end of the (calendar) quarter.
