The subject of the call for proposals is the implementation of a modular offer to support education or labour market-oriented integration.

The following performance elements are executed:

- Introduction of participants to the labour market as well as identification, reduction or elimination of barriers to placement (§ 16 para. 1 SGB II in conjunction with § 45 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 SGB III),

- Placement in employment subject to compulsory insurance (§ 16 para. 1 SGB II in conjunction with § 45 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 3 SGB III),

- Stabilisation of employment (§ 16 para. 1 SGB II in conjunction with § 45 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 5 SGB III).

With this offer, the Jobcenter Uckermark pursues the goal of actively and sustainably integrating employable beneficiaries of the legal circle SGB II into the general labor market.

A total of 10 participant places are available for the Angermünde office area.
