1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in "collecting municipal waste from real estate located within the administrative boundaries of the Wolin Commune and their transport to the Waste Transfer Station in Świnoujście, operating as part of the Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation in Słajsin for the western region during 01.01.2020. until 31.08.2020. The service includes: Wolin, Chynowo, Dargobiedz, Darzowice, Dobropole, Domysłów, Dramino, Gogolice, Jagienki, Jagnitkowa, Jaromierz, Jarzębowo, Karnocice, Kodrąb, Kodrąbek, Kołczewo, Koniewo, Korzęcin, Laska, Ładzin , Łojszyno, Łuskowo, Mierzęcin, Mokrzyca Mała, Mokrzyca Wielka, Ostromice, Parłowo, Parłówko Piaski Wielkie, Płocin, Rabiąż, Recław, Rekowo, Rzeczyn, Sierosław, Siniechowo, Skoszewo, Strzegowo, Sułomino, Świętouście, Troszyn, Troszynek, Unin, Warin , Wartowo, Wiejkowo, Wiejkówko, Wisełka, Zagórze, Zastań, Żółwino.
1. 2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes the collection and transport of mixed, unsorted municipal waste with the code 20 03 01 and collected in a selective manner from the owners of the property where residents live, residents do not live, and from public areas such as streets and squares.
3. Due to the location of the commune, a significant amount of waste is generated within its territory periodically by tourists staying or temporarily staying in this area. The estimated amount of waste generated by tourists is defined as the mass of waste from uninhabited real estate (waste arising in public places, accommodation, catering, etc.) and from real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes.
4. Total estimated mass of waste to be collected during the contract period 3500 Mg, including:
Mixed municipal waste 2,400 Mg, Plastic, metal multi-material packaging - 200 Mg, Glass - 200 Mg, Biodegradable waste - 250 Mg, Paper - 100 Mg, Bulky waste - 350 Mg
5. The subject of the order is described in detail in Volume II - III of the ToR.
6. Employer, applying to art. 29 paragraph 3 a of the PPL Act, requires that the Contractor and Subcontractors throughout the contract period employ / employ persons directly participating in the performance of the contract under the employment contract, who will perform the following activities:
1) vehicle service and waste transport,
2) servicing the Contractor's office.
The contractor or subcontractor will employ the above-mentioned persons for the period from the beginning to the end of the contract period; in the event of termination of employment by an employee or by the employer before the end of this period, the contractor will be obliged to employ another person for the place.
7. Award of contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the Act - Public Procurement Law (Pzp), will take place within 3 years of the conclusion of the contract, only in the event of earlier exhaustion of the contractual remuneration of the contractor. Award of contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the Public Procurement Law, in the event of earlier exhaustion of the amount of the contract referred to in § 7 para. 1 Contractual provisions relevant to the Parties will consist in repeating the same scope of the order, using the same amount of equipment as in the contract to which the basic contract relates, up to the value of 30% of the basic order. When awarding these contracts, all the requirements contained in the Description of the Object of the contract will also apply to the implementation of the contract under art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the PPL Act.
The contract will be awarded provided that the Purchaser has the necessary financial resources. The contract will be carried out under the terms of the basic contract.
