The subject of the order is the service of bus delivery lines to the Employer's railway lines in the following municipalities: Wieliczka, Gdów, Świątniki Górne by providing six (6) buses with drivers to the Employer, excluding ticket sales. The sale and control of tickets is the responsibility of the Employer's employees.

The implementation of the service in accordance with Annex 6 to the contract. Vehicle travel is strictly defined by the timetable, whose template is attached as Annex 7 to the contract. Employer pursuant to art. 134 section 6 point 3 of the PPL Act provides for the possibility of awarding within 3 years of the award of the basic contract in the scope of the subject of the contract to the current Contractor of the service of the contract consisting in the repetition of similar services (the so-called repeated order) up to 20% of the value of the subject of the contract. Repeated orders will be awarded if it is necessary to repeat activities similar to those specified in the Description of the subject of the order constituting Annex 1 to the ToR on the terms resulting from the contract for the basic order, subject to changes in the deadlines and unit prices after negotiations. Repeated contracts may be awarded for a period not exceeding 4 years from the award of the basic contract.
