The subject of this contract is the purchase of electricity for the period from 01/09/2022 to 31/12/2022, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy law (hereinafter: PE) by the AGH University of Science and Technology, Cracow University of Technology, University of Economics, University of Agriculture, Academica Foundation of the University of Rzeszów, Rzeszów University of Technology, Świętokrzyska University of Technology, Częstochowa University of Technology and Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow to their electricity collection points. This order does not cover electricity distribution services.
