The subject of the contract is the launch of public e-services and the purchase of the necessary infrastructure as part of the project entitled "Digitization and implementation of public and municipal services in the Municipality of Miączyn".

1. The subject of the contract is the launch of public e-services and the purchase of the necessary infrastructure as part of the project entitled "Digitization and implementation of public and municipal services in the Municipality of Miączyn".

2. The subject of the contract will be implemented on the basis of three stages:

1) Stage I - Execution of structured and electrical cabling along with modernization of the server room room (1 pcs.);

2) Stage II – Retrofitting with IT equipment:

a) Equipment of teleconference rooms - purchase of a projector (2 pcs.);

b) Equipment of teleconference rooms - purchase of sound system (1 pcs.);

c) Equipment of teleconference rooms - purchase of a wireless microphone system (1 pcs.);

d) Equipment of teleconference rooms - purchase of PTZ cameras (1 pcs.);

e) Equipment of teleconference rooms - purchase of conference chairs (50 pcs.);

f) Equipment of teleconference rooms - purchase of conference tables (2 pcs.);

g) Equipment of teleconference rooms - purchase of window blinds (3 pcs.);

h) Equipment of teleconference rooms - purchase of screens (2 pcs.);

i) Equipment of the surveillance system – purchase of CCTV cameras (6 pcs.);

j) Equipment of the surveillance system – purchase of a CCTV recorder (1 pcs.);

k) Office station equipment – purchase of a shredder (1 pcs.);

l) Office station equipment – purchase of an envelope (1 pcs.);

m) Purchase of an electronic information board (1 pcs.);

n) Equipment of councillors – purchase of tablets (15 pcs.);

o) Office station equipment - purchase of workstations (9 pcs.);

p) Equipment of office workstations - purchase of laptops (15 pcs.);

q) Server room equipment - purchase of UPS (1 pcs.);

r) Server room equipment - purchase of NAS (2 pcs.);

s) Server room equipment - purchase of network switches (2 pcs.);

t) Server room equipment - purchase of a server (1 pcs.);

u) Server room equipment - purchase of backup software (1 pcs.).

The supply of the above IT equipment includes its delivery, installation and configuration.

3) Stage III – Delivery and implementation of an integrated domain system:

a) Delivery of an integrated domain system license (1 pcs.);

b) Implementation of an integrated domain system (1 pcs.);

c) Launch of public e-services (8 pcs.);

d) Launch and implementation of the website and BIP (1 pcs.).
