An investigation shows that Kullingshemmet needs maintenance adaptations to meet today's requirements for premises for the business. The new accommodation will be built adjacent to the existing Kullingshemmet on the northern part of the property and accommodate 110 new apartments and common areas for the units. Parts of Kullingshemmet will have to be demolished. The accommodation needs to be built in two stages. Commercial kitchens, dining rooms, senior apartments and administrative parts will remain in the existing building.
