The subject of the contract is the provision of passenger transport services by substitute bus transport launched for non-running trains in connection with the introduction by the Railway Infrastructure Manager PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the "Infrastructure Manager") of a restriction on train traffic on the section: Stróże – Nowy Sącz- Stróże, Leńcze – Bielsko Biała Główna – Leńcze, Sucha Beskidzka – Żywiec – Zakopane – Sucha Beskidzka, Zabierzów – Krzeszowice – Zabierzów.
