JRC Geel signed a framework contract with a technical maintenance provider. The contractor shall provide the preventive and corrective maintenance for all technical installations. These can be subdivided in the following sections:

• section 1: HVAC, including plumbing, sanitary installations and drainage;

• section 2: electricity, lighting, emergency lighting, emergency generators, lightning protection, earthing;

• section 3: building elements (access, doors, windows, locks, outer walls, external carpentry, wall covering, flooring, ceiling, roof and parking area);

These installations are located on the JRC-Geel site. The site has a surface of 38 ha and contains 13 buildings. In addition to these maintenance tasks, the contractor shall foresee in the provision of services to perform small adaptations to existing buildings and installations.
