1. The object of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste from owners of inhabited and non-inhabited property in the municipality of Łochów, including the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste.
2. The item of the order is divided into three parts:
1) Part I — collection of mixed waste (residues after segregation, including ash) from inhabited and uninhabited properties;
2) Part II — collection of waste selectively collected from inhabited and uninhabited properties (including from the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste);
3) Part III — collection of biodegradable waste from inhabited and uninhabited properties (including from the Municipal Waste Collection Point).
3.The Contracting Authority authorises the submission of partial tenders. Tenders can be made for all parts.
Part I — collection of mixed waste (residues after segregation, including ash) from inhabited and uninhabited properties1. Subject of the order in Part I includes the collection of mixed waste (residues after segregation, including ash) from inhabited and uninhabited properties.
2. The estimated amount of municipal waste expected to be received from property owners from Łochów Municipality during the duration of the service (two years) which is the basis for the calculation of the offer price is: in Part I: mixed (unsegregated) municipal waste — 6920,000 Mg.
3. The detailed scope and description of the object of the contract for all parts of the contract, including the scope and description referred to in Article 6f of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws 2021, item 888) is included in the detailed description of the subject of the contract known as hereinafter 'SOPZ', which is Annex No 1 to the SWZ.
4. All requirements specified in the procurement documents are minimum requirements and their fulfilment is obligatory. Failure to comply with the minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as incompatible with the terms of the contract under Article 226 (1) (5) of the Pzp Act.
5. The Contractor shall be obliged to perform the object of the contract in accordance with the SWZ and the documents attached thereto, the tender submitted and the applicable provisions of the general and local law as current at the date of execution of the order, while maintaining the highest professional level.
Part II — Receipt of waste selectively collected from inhabited and uninhabited properties (including from the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste)1. Subject of the contract in Part II includes the collection of waste selectively collected from inhabited and uninhabited properties (including the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste);
2. The estimated amount of municipal waste expected to be received from property owners from Łochów Municipality during the duration of the service (two years) which is the basis for the calculation of the offer price is: in Part II:
a) paper and cardboard - 546,000 Mg,
(b) glass - 940,000 Mg,
c) plastics - 960,000 Mg,
(d) bulky waste (and tyres) - 1160,000 Mg,
e) ZSEE (electrical and electronic equipment) - 70,000 Mg,
f) expired drugs - 2,000 Mg,
g) repair and construction waste - 500,000 Mg,
h) tires - 32,000 Mg,
iI) paints - 2,000 Mg,
j) clothing -6,000 Mg;

2. The estimated amount of municipal waste expected to be received from property owners from Łochów Municipality during the duration of the service (two years) underpinning the price of the offer is in Part III:biodegradable waste - 1 210,000 Mg.
3. The detailed scope and description of the object of the contract for all parts of the contract, including the scope and description referred to in Article 6f of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws 2021, item 888) is included in the detailed description of the subject of the contract known as hereinafter 'SOPZ', which is Annex No 1 to the SWZ.
