The contracting authority for this call for tenders is Regionalt Innkjøp i Kongsvingerregionen (RIIK). RIIK conducts the call for tenders, signs agreements and is the agreement manager on behalf of municipalities and intermunicipal companies that participate in the agreement (customers). Customers have many buildings, including offices, schools, nurseries, nursing homes, technical buildings, etc., and carry out investment/construction projects for their own activities. The contracting authority wants to enter into a framework agreement for electrician services.

The contracting authority would like to enter into parallel framework agreements for the following:

— maintenance measures, replacement and alterations for the current buildings/facilities;

— reconstruction and smaller construction contracts;

— self-controls/thermography;

— urgent assignments.

This contract concerns electrician work and the work tasks shall mainly include:

— electrical installations: low voltage/high voltage;

— cabling for telecommunication/computer systems.

Tenders can be submitted for parts of the assignment, i.e. tenders for the following groups:

— Solør: Grue, Våler and Åsnes municipalities

— Odalen: Nord-Odal and Sør-Odal municipalities and GIR's facilities in these municipalities,

— Kongsvinger: Kongsvinger Municipality and GIR's facilities in Kongsvinger Municipality,

— Eidskog: Eidskog Municipality and GIR's facilities in Eiskog Municipality.
