2.1 The subject of the contract is collection and further development by the Contractor, in accordance with his permits in this respect, of a batch of waste with the code 19 12 12 from mechanical screening of mixed municipal waste (20 03 01), under the following conditions:

a) The Employer provides for a monthly amount of waste collection of not less than 180 Mg and not more than 260 Mg;

b) The Awarding Entity sets a 1-month billing period for partial performance of the contract;

c) the waste will be baled, the weight of one bale is about 500 kg;

d) the 191212 waste transferred is an oversize fraction> 80 mm from the processing of mixed municipal waste (20 03 01);

e) the place of storage of the waste transferred is uncovered;

f) The Employer does not have research of the waste transferred 191212;

g) loading on the side of the Employer will be carried out using a forklift.

h) The Contractor shall provide for loading trucks with a moving floor semi-trailer. or with a standard tarpaulin semi-trailer; cars must be able to load a minimum of 23.5 tons;

i) The Contractor will collect the waste within 2 business days of sending information by the Employer by e-mail. Collection will take place only on business days; To load on a given day, the vehicle must be parked by 13:30.

j) the place of waste collection is Zakład Utilization of Municipal Waste, Janczyce 50, 27-552 Baćkowice, voivodeship Świętokrzyskie, POLAND;

k) all costs related to the performance of the contract from the place of receipt as above shall be borne by the Contractor;

l) The Employer emphasizes that the amount of collected waste may change, however, it guarantees the size of a single collection within the full capacity of the Contractor's means of transport;

m) The Contractor may not bring any additional claims to the Employer for the total amount of waste collected during the billing period, within the tolerance indicated;

n) the condition for the settlement for each received batch of waste will be the delivery of a paper invoice with the attached KPO issued by the Contractor in the appropriate number of copies. KPO at the time of delivery will already be confirmed in the items transporting and taking over the waste. Confirmed KPO are an attachment to the invoice;

o) the required date of commencement of collection of the first batch of waste - 3.1.2019;

p) the waste can be viewed at Zakład Utylalizacji Usług Komunalnych, Janczyce 50, 27-552 Baćkowice, voivodeship Świętokrzyskie on business days from 7:00 to 15:00.
