The subject of the tender is the procurement of qualified support services for the further development and optimization of software management at the client's premises. To this end, the contractor shall provide project and consulting services in particular, taking into account the circumstances of the client. The decisive factor here is the competence of the employees deployed. The service is provided on the basis of a framework agreement with a term of 18 months. As part of an initial retrieval, the evaluation of software that automates the update cycle / distribution of updates to the highest degree is commissioned as a first project service. There is no entitlement to the retrieval of services beyond the initial retrieval.

The contractor supports the client in the implementation of the project "Preparation & packaging of all applications, operating system components, drivers, security updates and hotfixes". As part of the project, the contractor will provide qualified support services, including controlling the manufacturing companies commissioned as part of the implementation, if any, with regard to the delivery, configuration and commissioning of the components and accompanying their measures. Among other things, the contractor takes over the project preparation and planning, the project implementation and support as well as the ongoing maintenance and care within the framework of project support. In this case, the contractor's intended project personnel will initially familiarize themselves with the structure and conditions of the existing System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) installation at the client's premises within the framework of a training phase of 4 calendar weeks in coordination with the client immediately after the contract has been awarded. As part of the subsequent service phase, the contractor then provides the support services independently in coordination with the client in accordance with the agreed work packages. To this end, the designated project personnel carry out their tasks in coordination with the client's project management as well as the client's IT operations and the other projects and make a significant contribution to achieving project goals. With the award, the first project service within the framework of an initial retrieval is the evaluation of software that automates the update cycle / the distribution of updates to the highest degree. In the course of this, criteria are to be developed which are to be applied in principle and on the basis of which comprehensible recommendations and management decisions can be derived. In the further course, these criteria are to be further specified and adapted or expanded to the needs of the client. Finally, the contractor shall ensure that any training of a third party takes place before the end of the contract period as part of a follow-up assignment.
A holistic support service is expected from the contractor, which in particular ensures the high-quality and efficient provision of services as well as the technical instruction of the client.
The contractor is not entitled to call off services beyond the initial call-off. However, the client is entitled to call off the services described at any time. The details can be found in the tender documents.
