The contest concerns the purchase of services within case management and preparation of area planning cases for the procurement collaboration for Hadelands municipality.

The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain. Previously the contracting authority has procured such services for approx. NOK 5.0 million excluding VAT a year in recent years. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.

The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract with the associated standard terms.

The contracting authority will enter into a contract with up to three - 3 - tenderers, as long as a sufficient number of qualified tenderers submit tenders.

Orders on the framework agreements will be made in accordance with the waterfall method.

For large procurements, mini-contests may be held.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer is familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
