Partille municipality (the Client) invites the supplier (Tenderer) to submit a tender regarding KS/2023:266- Procurement Electrician Services.
Extent
This procurement concerns electrician services at the municipality's lighting system during the day and standby duty outside regular working hours (evenings and weekends). Daytime staffing (07.00-16.00) is intended to assist / relieve the municipality's electricians. The daily work includes, for example, service of facilities for lighting-stormwater-backup power, new construction and restoration together with contractors, etc.
The assignment regarding emergency duty aims to ensure Partille municipality's lighting facility to prevent electrical safety accidents, e.g. in the event of a hit lighting pole and power outage. The emergency service includes measures such as replacing fuses in cases where areas are blacked out due to a triggered fuse, work with connecting the municipality's backup power and troubleshooting of electrical installations and stormwater systems.
Extent
In Partille municipality, the Community Building Office's Street /Park unit and water and sewerage unit are prepared all year round for street maintenance and water and sewerage operations. Street maintenance also includes preparedness for street lighting. The street lighting includes about 9800 lighting points and 135 lighting centers, of which about 90 are built into networks and reception stations owned by Partille Energi AB. The lighting plant is located within Partille municipality.

During the contingency year, the Bidder shall provide emergency evenings and weekends according to the contingency schedule. The number of weeks that the Bidder is on standby will be determined for each summer and winter period, which is about six months per period. During the weeks that the Bidder does not staff, the Client's own electricians are on standby.
Right now there is one (1) electrician at the street / park, but probably one (1) employee will be hired this year, which reduces the need for staffing from suppliers.
Planned contract period is 2023-11-01- 2027-10-31.
Framework agreements will be signed with one (1) bidder.
