The tower consists of 17 floors and 65 dwellings.

The work is carried out in an empty building and covers:

• Asbestos removal of the building from flooring;

• Dismantling of the existing façade (asbestos components);

• Reinforcement of the fire resistance of the existing structure in order to achieve the SIAMU impositions;

• The expansion of housing by adding the surface of existing balconies;

• The creation of a winter garden;

• Interior consolidation (redistribution of existing surfaces in the dwelling) without changing the number of rooms;

• Transformation of a dwelling on the ground floor into a commercial space;

• The installation of a new façade.
