The consultation concerns the performance of energy audits of public buildings in Calvados communities.
It is based on the recommendations of the specifications of ADEME, which wishes to encourage project owners and building managers to embark on the path of the rational use of energy. Rational use is defined as the achievement of high levels of energy performance, consistent with the “Factor 4” objectives, by relying on the constructive and architectural characteristics of the building.
These specifications also meet the requirements of ADEME and the Normandy Region within the framework of the “Idea Conseil” system, which provides financial support for the performance of grouped energy audits of public buildings in communities.
This service must comply with standards NF EN 16247-1, EN 16247-2 and NF EN 16247-5 relating to energy audits.
