The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas (hereinafter also referred to as: "gaseous fuel") including sale and distribution to the Ordering Party's facilities.
The total estimated demand for gaseous fuel for the above facilities over a period of 12 months is 1 127 500 kWh. (The gas quantities presented are estimates and are for information purposes only to calculate the offer price. The actual amount of gas purchased will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party and its actual consumption during the term of the contract.
The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas (hereinafter also referred to as: "gaseous fuel") including the sale and distribution to the Ordering Party's facilities:

Determination of the amount of gaseous fuel delivered will be based on the actual consumption of gaseous fuel, based on direct readings of the indications of measuring devices installed in a given facility, settled in cycles consistent with the assigned tariff group, due to the place of receipt of gaseous fuel, the type and amount of fuel consumed, with the Ordering Party specifying the minimum value of the parties' service at an amount not less than 60% of the maximum total remuneration specified in contract (the maximum nominal value of the Ordering Party's obligation under the contract, corresponding to the amount allocated for the performance of the contract).
The Ordering Party requires that any change of natural gas seller should proceed for the Ordering Party without interruptions in the supply of natural gas including sale and distribution, therefore the Contractor is obliged to complete on behalf of the Ordering Party all formalities related to the change of the seller of gas fuel, on the basis of any separately granted power of attorney.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is attached as Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the order in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract and on the terms and conditions described in the Proposed Provisions of the Contract (PPU) constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
