The city of Rees is looking for a service provider for maintenance cleaning in various schools and gymnasiums.

The contract includes maintenance cleaning at the grammar school (Gymnasium Aspel der Stadt Rees, Westring 8, 46459 Rees) as well as the Hauptschule and Realschule in Rees (Rheinschule Rees Gemeinschaftshauptschule, Westring 6, 46459 Rees and Realschule der Stadt Rees, Westring 4, 46459 Rees) with the exception of the associated gymnasiums.

The basic cleaning area is around 19,000 square meters in total. The cleaning area per year is around 2.1 million square meters.

At the beginning of the contractual relationship, a basic cleaning of all hard and tiled floors as well as the sanitary areas must be carried out between 01.01.2024 and 06.01.2024.

The contract includes maintenance cleaning in the gymnasiums of the school center of the city of Rees on the Westring in Rees. The basic cleaning area is around 4,500 square meters in total. The cleaning area per year is around 780,000 square meters.

(Gemeinschaftsgrundschule Rees, Greisstr. 15, 46459 Rees; Städtische Gemeinschafts-Grundschule Rees, Standort Haldern, Motenhof 10, 46459 Rees and St. Quirinus Grundschule Millingen, Hauptstr. 31 a, 46459 Rees).

The basic cleaning area is a total of around 10,500 square meters. The cleaning area per year is around 1.5 million square meters.

At the beginning of the contractual relationship, a basic cleaning of all hard and tiled floors as well as the sanitary areas must be carried out between 01.01.2024 and 06.01.2024.
