1. The subject of the Contract is the provision of services in the field of public transport (regular transport as part of local public transport, i.e. public transport) on lines 177, 187 in Sopot, by four low-floor city buses, according to the timetable constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Description of the Subject of the Contract.
2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the Order is set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

The subject of the Contract is the provision of services in the field of public transport (regular transport as part of local public transport, i.e. public transport) on lines 177, 187 in Sopot, by four low-floor city buses, according to the timetables constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Description of the Subject of the Contract. The order includes the service of the following brigades:
• 177/1, 187/1, 187/2, 187/3, 187/4 – on weekdays from Monday to Friday, with four au-tobuses,
• 187/1, 187/2 – on Saturdays except for the summer holidays, by two buses,
• 187/1, 187/2, 187/3 – on Saturdays during the summer holidays, by three buses,
• 187/1, 187/2 – on Sundays and holidays, except for the summer holidays, in two buses,
• 187/1, 187/2, 187/3 – on Sundays and holidays during the summer holidays, by three buses.
2. Estimated number of vehicle-kilometers during the Order period: 720,488.
3. Completion date: 1 January 2024 – 31 December 2026
4. The services are to be provided by four low-floor city buses, of the following types:
• MV – length from 11.01 m to 13.50 m,
satisfying (strictly required by the Ordering Party):
• conditions set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022, as amended) and
and the technical and performance parameters specified in the OPZ.
5. The Ordering Party allows the provision of services:
• by the last day of the calendar month in which the 90th day from the date of signing the agreement falls,
• in relation to no more than 3% of vehicle-kilometers planned for a given calendar month – in subsequent months,
reserve vehicles, i.e. low-floor city buses of the following types:
• MV – with a length from 11.01 m to 13.50 m, or
• PN – length from 17.50 m,
satisfying (strictly required by the Ordering Party):
• conditions specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022, as amended) and technical and utility parameters specified in the OPZ.
