The Asklepios Clinic Bad Oldesloe is a basic and standard care clinic that ensures inpatient and medical care in and around Stormarn County.

The clinic is planning the reconstruction and reconstruction of the central emergency room as an extension as well as the reconstruction of the current ZNA for endoscopy and functional diagnostics (after relocation of the ZNA to the new building)

The contract includes the services according to Part 3, Section 1 of the HOAI 2013

The conversion and construction of the central emergency room was to be planned as an extension with a larger, covered access for the prone transport. For this purpose, an existing building of the clinic is demolished.

The current ZNA should be removed after the move to endoscopy u. Functional diagnostics are rebuilt.

The planning should be approx.

- New building ZNA approx. 850 sqm gross floor area / approx. 2,850 cbm BRI,

- Access Liegendtransport approx. 100 sqm GFA / approx. 300 cbm BRI,

- Reconstruction endoscopy include approximately 475 sqm BGF / 1 500 cbm BRI.

Estimated construction costs KG 100-KG 600 approx. 2 750 000 EUR gross.
