The mission of the German Heart Center Munich (DHM) is the care of children, adolescents and adults with heart disease. The aim is to replace the current, discontinued voice control software Dragon Medical Practice. This is intended to further reduce the tedious manual data entry and to ensure comprehensive and more detailed documentation in a shorter time.
Furthermore, a rapid and smooth design of the care process as well as an optimization of treatment times with a simultaneous improvement of the doctor-patient relationship must be achieved.
A cloud-based solution is required.
For first-class recording quality, dictation machines are advertised.
In the first phase, the suitability of the bidders is checked in the context of a competitive tender.
In the second phase (main competition), the suitable bidders are invited to submit a bid.
