The purpose of this contract is to carry out works on all trades for the refurbishment of housing owned by the Office. And this, including all constraints and ancillary services.

This work generally takes place following claims of various kinds.

The work includes, but is not limited to, the following trades:

Masonry/structural work / roofing / carpentry / joinery / electricity / painting / plumbing / beautification, building equipment.

The services give rise to the conclusion of a multi-awardee framework agreement for subsequent contracts pursuant to Articles L2123-1, L2125-1.1 and R2162-1 to 10 of the French Public Procurement Code.

The value of subsequent contracts is likely to vary as follows: minimum to 0 EUR maximum 1,000,000 EUR excl. VAT per period

The consultation covers the following services: Carrying out works for all trades after a disaster on the assets of the OPH of Cannes
