This contract is a multi-year standing service contract. This is a framework agreement concluded with a single contractor for the benefit of the Walloon Region (the public service of Wallonia and the services of the Walloon government, in particular the offices of the ministers of this government) represented by Mr. me Valérie De Bue, Minister of the Civil Service, IT, Administrative Simplification, in charge of family allowances, tourism, heritage and road safety. These entities will place orders with the successful bidder of the framework agreement as and when their own needs arise.

Contract relating to maintenance, support and assistance for the IAM solution of the public service of Wallonia:

- item 1: support services and changes,

- item 2: services in management mode,

- item 3: services in project mode - progressive maintenance.

By submitting his tender, the successful tenderer undertakes to perform the services in accordance with these special specifications.

The tenderers' attention is drawn to the fact that the quantities mentioned in the inventory are presumed quantities. These are not in any case minimum or maximum quantities. They are given for information only, without any commitment from the contracting authority. These presumed quantities can be modified, possibly strongly by the contracting authority upwards or downwards, and this, without giving right to any compensation.

This public contract comprises three positions intended to provide the SPW with an operational support capacity of the IAM platform as well as a possibility of development through activities under management or in fixed-price mode.

The three positions included in this market are:

- item 1: right to call for IAM expertise support,

- item 2: services in management mode,

- item 3: services in project mode - progressive maintenance.
