Provision of services to assist the EBA in the disposal of its leased office space at One Canada Square, London E14 5AA, and in possible dilapidation negotiations with the landlord.

The services to be provided will include non-residential property consultancy, marketing the property, advising on the merits of offers received, negotiating terms and supporting EBA legal advisors as they draw up the legal documentation, and negotiating dilapidations liability.
