The bypass will be realized in 2 stages.

This call relates to Stage 1, which includes:

- the preparation of the DP for the entire bypass (two connections, two parallel tunnels of 3.7 km in length, a viaduct, underpasses, retaining walls, BSA, ..).

- the tendering, implementation, commissioning and completion phases of the planned works (partial implementation of the La Chaux-de-Fonds-Süd junction to connect with the H18 cantonal road).

Expected main tasks:

- Support of the BH in the project organization

- Execution of tenders

- Preparation of project planning

- Financial monitoring of the project, control of invoicing, control of financial planning, estimation of deferred performance.

- Coordination and communication with partners, third parties and agents.

- Summary and consolidation of deadlines, costs and quality.
