The services provided must comply with the directly binding regulations of the European Union, Finnish laws and decrees, and regulations issued by the authorities. Tenders which contain restrictions contrary to the invitation to tender and which do not correspond to the invitation to tender may be rejected. The offer and all its attachments must be in Finnish. The contract resulting from the tendering process is subject to the provider's insurance terms and conditions and protection instructions specific to the type of insurance. The tender shall ask for the submission of:

2. Annual premiums subject to tax on insurance premiums by type of insurance with separate documents. As an attachment to the offer, please attach the terms and conditions of the insurance.
