The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of photovoltaic installations, solar collectors and biomass boilers in the area of Milejów Municipality, which is carried out in the framework of the project “Renewable Energy Sources opportunity to improve the natural environment in the Milejów Municipality”.
Supply and installation of photovoltaic installations in the area of Milejów Municipality1. Supply and installation of photovoltaic installations in the Milejów Municipality, including:
1) the supply and installation on the basis of the technical documentation held by the Ordering Authority 250 sets of photovoltaic installations mounted on buildings or soil in natural persons, including:
(a) 50 sets, each with a power of min. 2,48kWp,
(b) 80 sets, each with a power of min. 3.1kWp,
(c) 120 sets, each with a power of min. 3,72kWp,
2) delivery and installation of structures under PV modules,
3) supply and assembly of new PV modules not older than 2020,
4) supply and assembly of new non-2020 DC/AC inverters/ inverters
5) making excavations in the ground to the required depth, in the event that the photovoltaic panels will be located outside the building where the main switchboard will be located at a distance of up to 25 meters in a straight line,
6) layout of cable routes, grounding and cables from PV panels to inverter and wires from inverter to electric switchgear
7) installation of the switchgear for photovoltaics (DC and AC side) with installation grounding (ground resistance value should reach <10 Ohm),
8) DC switchgear equipment (surge protector, DC fuse switch)
9) AC switchgear equipment (fuse switch, surge protector, overcurrent switch)
10) performing installation tests and verifying the correct operation of the apparatus,
11) the commissioning of the system and adjustments,
12) measurements of electrical installations required by appropriate regulations,
13) configuration of all inverters, connection to the internet network of the user (in the absence of a fixed Internet connection at the location of the inverter, the cost of bringing the coverage is covered by the User, in the absence of the Internet network in the User, the requirement is equipping the User with a module that allows you to connect to the internet network in the future.) and integrate into a single system to monitor energy production, ecological benefits and control the work of solar installations from the system. The system must be available for desktop and mobile devices on iOS and Android, system monitoring devices should be able to communicate with a dedicated server on which the intended data will be saved,
14) the training of facility managers and users from the operation and use of solar installations carried out in the framework of this proceeding,
15. Documentation of notification of connection of microinstallations to the electricity grid of the regional DSO,
16) manufacture of the necessary mounting holes and culverts for the introduction of equipment,
17) sealing holes and mounting culverts after introduction.

Delivery and installation of solar collectors in the area of Milejów Municipality1. Delivery and installation of solar collectors in the territory of Milejów Municipality, including:
1) the supply and installation on the basis of the technical documentation held by the Ordering Authority 250 sets of installations of solar collectors mounted on buildings and soil in natural persons, including:
a) 150 sets (comprising: 2 manifolds
And capacitive hot water heaters 200 dm3),
b) 100 sets (comprising: 3 manifolds
And capacitive hot water heaters 300 dm3),
2) assembly of solar collectors using systemic assembly sets and connection kits intended for a particular type of collector, the optimal tilt angle of collectors shall be applied, invariant for the collector exposure during the whole year, comprising from 30
3. In order to minimise the risk of damage to collectors during transport to the roof, transport by means of a crane or system ladders with an electric winch should be used,
4) disassembly of the existing c.w.u. heater and disconnect it from the existing installation (the disassembled heater remains at the disposal of the owner of the facility),
5) Installation of the new c.w.u. heater together with a mixing valve and incorporating it into the circuit of the installation c.w.u.
6) installation and insulation of pipelines between the collectors, the pump group, and the warmer c.w.u.,
7) installation of the pump group,
8) installation of temperature sensors in solar collectors, tank and boiler
9) connection of the existing heat source to the c.w.u. heater,
10) Flushing with solar fluid and carrying out tests of the leakage of the solar plant,
11) filling, venting and properly adjusting the flow of liquid and establishing the correct pressure according to the instructions of the manufacturer of solar collectors,
12) Finish at least according to the original state of the area of the installation transitions (plaster/warming, passages through walls, ceilings, roof) and effective protection against weathering of the sites outside the site where construction works were carried out,
13) Programming and running the automation system,
14) Connect the top tray hose to the second heat source (existing solid fuel boiler) together with the complete pump group, connect it to the solar controller and program its operation in cooperation with the boiler,
15) the contractor is required to train the installation user in the operation of the devices used. Each device should have an attached Technical— Movement Documentation, an instruction manual written in non-technical language and a general installation scheme.

Delivery and installation of biomass boilers in the area of Milejów Municipality1. Supply and installation of biomass boilers in the territory of Milejów Municipality, including:
1) supply and assembly based on the technical documentation of 70 units of biomass boilers in residential buildings, including:
(a) 40 pieces, each with a power of min. 15kW,
(b) 25 pieces, each with a power of min. 20kW,
(c) 5 pieces, each with a power of min. 25kW,
2) the installation of the suppository to the chimney,
3) Installation of installation security,
4) making the connection of the boiler to the central heating system,
5) making the connection of the boiler to the installation of c. W.,
6) installation of circulating pumps,
7) the installation of the control and control system,
8) performing trials, tests and commissioning of the biomass boiler plant,
9) reconstituting to its original condition any affected surfaces, structural elements and other elements damaged or affected by installation,
10) to train users as to the proper operation of the installed biomass boiler, together with the development of detailed operating instructions and submitting them to users,
