The subject of the contract is the performance of the task, i.e.: Delivery of a brand new heavy category II class 4x4 firefighting vehicle for the needs of the Volunteer Fire Brigade in Jasionówka.

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the task, i.e.: Delivery of a brand new heavy class II class II fire-rescue vehicle with 4x4 drive for the needs of the Volunteer Fire Brigade in Jasionówka. 2. General requirements for the car: 1) unused, brand new, technically efficient: a) must meet the requirements of: - Polish road traffic regulations, including the requirements for emergency vehicles, in accordance with the Act of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law" (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 988, as amended), together with implementing regulations; - Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 20 June 2007 on the list of products intended to ensure public safety or protection of health and life and property, as well as the rules for issuing the admission of these products for use (Journal of Laws of 2007 No. 143, item 1002, as amended); - Regulation of the Ministers of Internal Affairs, National Defence, Finance and Justice of 22 March 2019 on the technical conditions of special vehicles and vehicles used for special purposes of the Police, Internal Security Agency, Foreign Intelligence Agency, Military Counterintelligence Service, Military Intelligence Service, Central Anti-Corruption Bureau, Border Guard, fiscal control, Customs Service, Prison Service and fire brigade (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 594); - must have a valid certificate of approval issued by CNBOP-PIB in Józefów near Otwock - delivered at the latest on the day of receipt of the vehicle; - it must have a valid chassis approval certificate; - must meet general and specific requirements in accordance with PN-EN 1846-1 and 1846-2; - vehicle and chassis brand new, year of manufacture of the chassis min. 2022, engine, chassis and cab of the same manufacturer. - for a heavy class car S (according to PN-EN 1846-2) - for a category 2 car - off-road (according to PN-EN 1846-1), b) have the parameters and equipment referred to in the Description of the Subject of the Order - Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. The parameters indicated in the Description of the Subject of the contract should be understood as minimal, it is permissible to propose better parameters; 3. The Contractor shall be obliged to attach a set of documents to the vehicle: vehicle cards, warranty cards, manuals in Polish and other documents necessary to register the vehicle as a "special car" resulting from the Road Traffic Act. 4. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Ordering Party with a car with a full tank of fuel and, if other liquids are used in operation, then also with full tanks of these liquids. 5. Detailed equipment requirements and technical conditions of the order for a rescue and firefighting vehicle are set out in Annex 8 to SWZ "Description of the subject of the contract".
