The subject of the contract is the development of electronic citizen service systems and support systems for the functioning of the Grodzisk Wielkopolski Commune.

Activities implemented under the project include the use of smart specializations based on the implementation of IT systems. New IT solutions serve the digitization of administrative processes and procedures and will be widely used. All the tasks carried out in the project include activities related to IT service of the office and the use of modern communication methods.

As part of the project, the ICT infrastructure will be expanded and the scope of use of ePUAP and its widespread use by citizens and the business community will be increased. The implemented systems will use highly advanced technologies enabling the implementation of e-services at a high level of maturity.

The offered hardware/software is to be brand new and unused.

The subject of the contract is: extension, modernization of the electronic document flow system with e-invoice management modules, communication with Polish Post systems; extension, modernization of the electronic document flow system with a module supporting the award of e-procurement; purchase of a system for creating an electronic archive; purchase of systems for electronic public consultations, participatory budget service; implementation of e-GIS services, e-maps.

The subject of the contract is the delivery of UTM devices for the protection of computer networks of the FortiGate 100F, 80F class with a 5-year Unified UTP Protection license and the FortiAnalyzer 150G device with a 5-year license.
