The successful tenderer will be required to provide cleaning services at Hereward College.

The contract will commence on 1.8.2013 for a period of 3 years.

This contract will be fixed price in nature with the successful contractor also guaranteeing the number of input hours to the contract as well as the quality of cleaning provision.

The value of the cleaning contract is currently in the region of 90 000 GBP per annum, but as the contract will be increasing to incorporate the cleaning of the residential blocks, this figure is for indicative purposes only.
