Tandridge District Council is seeking to appoint an experienced service provider for the inclusive servicing, repair and maintenance of the domestic heating systems, including an annual service and inspection. A 24 hour 365 day service for repairs shall be required across approximately 2 600 domestic dwellings. The contract shall be for an initial period of 7 years with an option to extend for a further 3 years. Following evaluation of the Selection Questionnaire responses six potential suppliers will be shortlisted and invited to tender for this contract. This is being issued as the first stage of a 2 stage restricted process with a value above the OJEU threshold.
