Public works contract, general construction company for the construction of the FRAME building, located at the corner of Boulevard Reyers and rue Colonel Bourg in 1030 Schaerbeek.

The market includes:

1) all works described in this CSCH and all of its annexes, as well as all works, supplies, accessories, supplies of energy and fluids and all the necessities and means Execution allowing Adj. to deliver 1 absolutely complete work meeting the normal purpose of the work, the WO. will not be able to avail itself of any lacuna and / or omission to claim any supplement to the price of its offer (article 82, paragraph 1 st of AR1);

2) maintenance of the works and technical equipment during the works and the warranty period;

3) general site facilities in accordance with the terms of this CSCH and the regulations in force;

4) the perfect maintenance of the site and its surroundings;

5) the preventive and security measures necessary for the works forming part of this contract, those pertaining to the personnel working, to the persons having access to the site, the co-contractors and the public authorities and those to be brought, if applicable, to the existing constructions ;

6) the regular evacuation from the site of land, sludge, waste, materials, debris, rubble ... from this contract to a recycling facility in accordance with the order of the Government of the Brussels Capital Region of the 16.3.1995 on the compulsory recycling of certain construction or demolition wastes (SM 6.05.1995);

7) the deposit, at the places indicated by the DT, of the products coming from the site possibly reusable.

This market is partly subsidized by the ERDF Operational Program 2014-2020 of the Brussels-Capital Region under the project "Activation of mediapark.brussels" and "Bx1".

This project will be, with the new seats of the VRT and RTBF, one of the res achievements of mediapark.brussels.

It will integrate several occupants (partners), namely:

- the headquarters of Bx1 (regional television),

- an innovation platform including 1 co-working and 1 incubator, all dedicated to the media / audiovisual sector,

- offices for Screen.Brussels,

- premises for the ihecs Academy.

The spaces to be built are among others: offices, television studios, reception, 1 audience, training rooms, technical rooms, parking.

The building area is approximately 8,350 m 2 SGP BACS completed with underground levels (+ - 1 770 m 2 ), mainly for parking according to the SGP BACS measurement code.
