1.The subject of the contract is the supply of non-caking road salt, "DR" to combat the slippery winter roads along with transport and unloading. The delivery of "DR" road salt should be understood as purchase, delivery and unloading to the site, i.e. the warehouse at 11 Ciepłownicza Street

in Rzeszow.

2.The scope of the contract shall cover 4000 tonnes, including:

- 3000 tons of salt – basic order,

- 1000 tons of salt – the right of option.

1.The subject of the contract is the supply of non-caking road salt, "DR" to combat the slippery winter roads along with transport and unloading. The delivery of "DR" road salt should be understood as purchase, delivery and unloading to the site, i.e. the warehouse at 11 Ciepłownicza Street

in Rzeszow.

2.The scope of the contract covers 4000 tons, including: 3000 tons of salt – basic order, 1000 tons of salt – option right.

3. In accordance with the right of option, the Ordering Party guarantees the purchase of 3000 tons from the maximum (4000 tons) amount of salt. Delivery above the guaranteed threshold will depend on the needs of the Ordering Party, however, failure by the Ordering Party to purchase salt in excess of the guaranteed amount shall not constitute grounds for any claims of the Contractor. The right of option shall be exercised by notifying the Contractor about the extension of the subject of the contract during the term of the contract in the manner provided for ordering individual supplies of salt and does not require an amendment to the contract.

4.The Ordering Party requires that the delivered salt meets the following parameters:

- crystalline form, free-flowing, white colour (acceptable shade of grey), NaCI content not less than 90,0 %, water content not less than 3,0 %, water insoluble matter not less than 8,0 %, sulphate S04 not less than 2,0 %, potassium ferrocyanide not less than 20,00 mg/kg

- grit: max. 20 % grains less than 1 mm, max 10 % grains over 6 mm.

5.The supplied salt must have: a current certificate of the National Institute of Hygiene, a current technical opinion of the Road and Bridge Research Institute, a safety data sheet for dangerous substances and a dangerous preparation in accordance with Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2006 (Official Journal of the European Union L series No. 396 of 30 December 2006, as amended).

6. The Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party with the first delivery (execution of the first partial order) with the documents described above, valid as at the date of signing the contract. At the same time, the Contractor is obliged to ensure that these documents are up-to-date throughout the duration of the contract. The Ordering Party reserves the right to verify the validity of the IBDiM technical opinion and the PZH attestation at every stage of the contract.

7. Deliveries will be made successively, according to partial requirements submitted each time by the Ordering Party by fax or electronically with confirmation, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party.

8.The Contractor shall deliver the ordered amount of salt within 72 hours (maximum) from sending the order by fax or electronically. Each order will not exceed 500 tons.

9.The Contractor is obliged to deliver road salt, vehicles with a capacity of min, 24 Mg each, equipped with protection protecting the supplied road salt against precipitation.
