The purpose of this joint contract is, for all the entities gathered, namely the public service companies La Sambrienne, Centr'Habitat, Toit et Moi, habitation Jemeppienne, Foyer de Fléron, Le Logis Tournaisien, the supply of 100% renewable electricity and natural gas. Through this grouping, these six entities aim to benefit from economies of scale for the provision of these amenities.

The market is divided into two lots:

• Lot 1 – 100% Renewable Electricity

The supply of power and electrical energy in high and low voltage, at the sampling points specified in these specifications.

• Lot 2 – Natural gas

The delivery of natural gas at high and low pressure to the sampling points specified in these specifications.
