The subject of the contract is the sale and delivery of a 13.8/6.3kV 25MVA transformer in accordance with the requirements and technical parameters specified in Appendix 1 to the Draft provisions of the agreement and the performance of accompanying works listed in Appendix 1 to the Draft provisions of the agreement along with the delivery of the necessary materials, spare parts, apparatus and equipment, structural elements and installations, as well as the preparation of preparatory documentation, detailed and as-built technical documentation.
