The Brønnøysund Register Centre shall enter into a 3-year contract for the procurement of dealer services for network equipment from Check Point. The contract shall cover the purchase of machinery with associated software, associated support and maintenance services and other services the dealer can offer.

The existing support, licence and maintenance services shall be transferred to the new dealer ASAP. The contract, with existing terms, shall have an unilateral option for the Brønnøysund Register centre to prolong the agreement with a further 1 + 1 + 1 year. The contract will be automatically extended, unless terminated minimum 1 month prior to the option period.
