The Contracting Authority attaches great importance to a safe working environment for its employees and guests. Contractor is responsible for performing the object surveillance and man monitoring services.

Object Monitoring

Maintaining safety monitoring in and around municipal objects, providing assistance in case of disasters and irregularities and operating security and safety systems (safety & security). Object surveillance services include:

- Notification Services

- Open and closing round

- Alarm monitoring

Mansurveillance

Creating and ensuring a safe feeling for the building user by means of securing the buildings and terrain by people. They must prevent, alert, act and report unwanted events as needed.

Man surveillance services include:

- Securityhost (hostess/host) with reception tasks

- Supervisory Services

The Contractor guarantees that the service to be provided by the Contractor is and remains of good quality throughout the term of the contract and that the service complies in all respects the usual requirements of the laws, regulations, government regulations and environmental provisions, and that he has sufficient qualified staff at all times.

The Contractor is also in possession of all compulsory permits (in particular the Ministry of Justice's permit under the Private Security Organisations and Investigative Offices Act, WPBR) for the performance of the services to be provided.
