Description:

On 16.6.2016, the European Commission concluded, on behalf of 60 participating European institutions, bodies and agencies, multiple framework service contracts in cascade (No HR/R3/PO/2015/005) concerning organisational development consultancy services in the I/B/As for a duration of 4 years. The volume was estimated at 5 600 person-days. The maximum budgetary ceiling awarded was 9 700 000 EUR. Considering unforeseen additional needs in some participating institutions, the budgetary ceiling has been increased through a negotiated procedure for ceiling increase under point 11.1(e) Annex 1 of the Financial Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2018/1046, resulting in formal contract amendments.
