The bidders who pass the requirements of the SQ provision (the "Bidders") capable of performing the contract, who will be issued with an Invitation to Tender (ITT).

The Authority is using the Atamis e-Tendering Portal to conduct the procurement process (“the e-Tendering Portal”).
