79379 Müllheim, Robert Schuman Barracks, complete renovation of accommodation buildings 056 and 57 and conversion to individual accommodation, architectural services according to Part 3 Section 1 HOAI, service phases 5 to 8 and special services.

The Federal Institute for Real Estate (BImA) and the Federal Ministry of Defence (BMVg) intend to completely renovate and convert two accommodation buildings, buildings 56 and 57, to the standard "accommodation rooms with their own wet room" in the federally owned property Robert Schuman Barracks.

In addition, the building envelopes will be renovated in terms of energy efficiency. The estimated total construction costs for both buildings are approximately EUR 15,560,000 gross.

The buildings are essentially identical. Repeat occurrence according to § 11 Abs.3 HOAI

The application must be submitted with the application for participation specified by the client. The request to participate can be downloaded from the Internet address listed in point I.3 of the EU Notice. The self-declaration enclosed with the tender documents regarding possible connections with Russia must be completed and submitted with the application for participation. If the self-declaration is not available, this can lead to exclusion from the award procedure.
