for the three-year duration of the assignment (404,774 meals estimated at a unit cost of € 5.10 excluding VAT at 4% and

€ 5.30 VAT at 4% included), € 2,000.00 as security charges not subject to the reduction, and € 379,204.20 (VAT at

4% excluded) for any option to renew for a period not exceeding one year;

Open electronic tender procedure (above Community threshold) for the award of the

Collective Canteen – school years 2023/2024 - 2024/2025 - 2025/2026. The Collective Catering service covered by this contract, as better described in the Special Tender Specifications, is divided into two

sections (school canteen and social canteen). The division into sections does not constitute a subdivision

of the contract in lots. The tender is set in a single lot to ensure economies of scale: the execution

of collective catering services in different environments (schools, social canteen) does not determine

dissimilar types of services. On the contrary, all the required performance is characterized by

interconnectable operating methodologies, in particular with regard to the purchasing system of

foodstuffs, the system of employment of the work team, the system of self-control and control of the

quality, to the system of records and accounting.
