The assignment involves drawing up an integral green and water plan for the city of Turnhout. The plan creates a broad vision and seeks integrated solutions in the short and long term for the issues surrounding greenery and water in Turnhout. It should provide insight into a better alignment of the current and future water management and green design of Turnhout with the underground and above-ground spatial context. The integrated green & water plan also provides a clear framework for investments, design and management choices for the coming decades.
