The subject of the contract is: the Contractor carrying out a project entitled "Purchase of modern units to operate communication lines", divided into tasks:

1) Task 1 - delivery of 30 brand new items (i.e. manufactured not earlier than 6 months before the date of delivery and not operated so far) low-floor trams (at least 80% of the low floor), meeting the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 2.3. 2011 on the technical conditions of trams and trolley buses and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2011 No. 65, item 344) and in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the contract together with special tools necessary for the maintenance and inspection of the wagons, called hereinafter "trams" or interchangeably "vehicles";

2) Task 2 - delivery of the maintenance and repair package, in accordance with the list and description of the subject of the contract;

The Contractor's design for the Employer "Purchase of modern units to operate communication lines", divided into tasks:

1) Task 1 - delivery of 30 brand new items (i.e. manufactured not earlier than 6 months before the date of delivery and not operated so far) low-floor trams (at least 80% of the low floor), meeting the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 2.3. 2011 on the technical conditions of trams and trolley buses and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2011 No. 65, item 344) and in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the contract together with special tools necessary for the maintenance and inspection of the wagons, called hereinafter "trams" or interchangeably "vehicles";

3) Task 3 - delivery of specialist service equipment in accordance with the list and description of the subject of the order.

Each of the offered trams will be covered by a 36-month warranty and warranty for defects, without km limit, counted from the day of signing the delivery report without comments, as referred to in §2 section 3 model contracts, with the following exceptions:

1) corrosion perforation for the entire body structure, outer skin sheets and roof sheathing, and a warranty on the durability of the body structure: 120 months warranty,

2) external varnish coatings: 72 months warranty.

The subject of this contract is: the delivery of 30 brand new, i.e. manufactured not earlier than 6 months before the delivery date and unused, low-floor trams (at least 80% of the low floor), articulated, with the following restrictions:

1) all offered tram cars must be of the same type, length, constructed in the same way, according to the same technical documentation, by the same manufacturer, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract (with reference to the description of the parameters of the tram cars, specialist service equipment and package operation and repair) and in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract (in relation to the description of on-board systems),

2) The Employer does not allow offering prototype solutions that have not been tested in serial production, which means that the Contractor is obliged to confirm, by submitting an appropriate statement in the bid form, that the assemblies, systems and systems used in the offered tram cars are produced in series and operated by other Employers. .

3) all delivered tram cars must be ready for operation, i.e. primarily adapted for the transport of people in public transport and have documents required by the law in force on the day of delivery, in particular the provisions of the Road Traffic Act, necessary for the entry into service of vehicles ( approval certificate).
