The subject of the contract is the development of complete design and cost estimate documentation along with obtaining a decision permitting the implementation of a road investment issued by the authority

of the first instance (meeting all the requirements arising from the Polish law in force on the day of initiating the tender procedure in terms of the form and the required established procedure)

in the "Act of 10 April 2003 on specific rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads"), and relevant regulations.

• Groszowicka Street – district road No. 2003 O – asphalt surface, pavement, lighting, new tree plantings.

• Olimpijska Street – district road 2003 O - asphalt surface, no pavement, no lighting.
