The present tender concerns the provision of ventilation services to University College North Jutland.

The tender concerns the provision of ventilation services for ventilation systems at the Client's locations in Aalborg, Hjørring and Thisted. Ventilation service must be performed at the Customer's facilities, which at the time of entering into the agreement are the 124 plants spread over 6 locations, according to Contract Appendix 2 – Offer List.

The task includes performing annual service on mechanical ventilation systems, including delivery and replacement of belts and filters.

In addition, the Ordering Entity wants hourly rates for on-call calls for ongoing maintenance or repair tasks, etc., which are not covered by the annual service.

The tender does not include the supply, replacement and expansion of mechanical ventilation systems.

The Ordering Entity intends to contract with one (1) supplier for the provision of the service.

The contracting entity has chosen not to award separate lots. The contracting entity has, on the basis of economic conditions, estimated that a more advantageous price could be obtained with an overall agreement. In order to ensure the quality and coherence of the overall contract tendered, it is considered appropriate to have a single agreement, just as a division based on market conditions is not considered to give additional companies – including SMEs – the opportunity to submit tenders.
